Jupiter Medical Center is on a mission to reimagine health care in South Florida and the Treasure Coast. We are searching for an experienced, smart, creative individual to take a lead role in fulfilling our marketing strategic plans and reaching our goals of driving volume, increasing market share and building greater brand awareness. Reporting to the executive director of marketing and consumerism, the marketing manager will supervise a designated team as they plan, carry out and measure marketing and public relations initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for day-to-day management of marketing team and activities to ensure projects are completed on deadline and within budget
Supervise traditional marketing initiatives and PR projects through all stages (research, writing, design, proofing, approvals, printing or publication) with primary responsibility over accuracy and effectiveness
Oversee projects outsourced to advertising agency, public relations agency and other vendors
Proofread and edit copy in great detail, as well as write articles, columns, letters, ad copy, press releases and more from scratch
Work closely with digital marketing and consumerism manager to facilitate end-to-end execution of campaigns and messages from traditional to digital media platforms
Manage the overall marketing budget as developed by executive director of marketing and consumerism
Analyze available customer research, current market conditions and competitor information, and provide reports to leadership
Report on return on investment and key performance indicators
Manage all partnerships and sponsorships to ensure maximum value
Collaborate with hospital sales teams, physicians, service line leaders and executive leadership
Supervise media interviews, video and photo shoots
Supervise the planning and hosting of activities and events such as health fairs, open houses and educational seminars both onsite and at external locales
