We are looking for an intern to assist us with the following:
1. Participate in new business development efforts. 2. Develop new accounts and augment the business of existing accounts. Conceive and execute marketing strategies and programs to increase the profitability of new and existing services. 3. Oversee client relationships, internal-team relationships, and account operations during the planning, development, and execution of advertising campaigns. 4. Develop strategies and tactics for pursuing selected prospects for business growth. 5. Facilitate meetings and discussions with potential individuals/companies for referrals. Make sales presentations, answer/return phone calls to prospective clients, interns and employees, negotiations, and sales closings (meet with potential clients to close sales and for initial assessments of their needs). 6. Develop and implement the brand strategy of a service and position services in the marketplace. Plan and execute brand marketing and advertising programs, promotional events to raise brand awareness and value. Set the direction of brand through awareness of market research and consumer trends. 7. Assist with caregiver recruitment and initial interviews. 8. Management of agency and assistance with ongoing needs of the company. 9. Compose marketing emails and create marketing campaigns.
1. Must exude confidence to make sound decisions and land solid business dealings and sales. 2. Must have great critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to deal with concerns, client's issues after services are started, as well as including from service/product design issues, to pricing disputes, advertising misprints and missed deadlines. 4. Creativity with new and exciting ideas that are appealing and make services stand out from a crowd and must have a drive to succeed and a competitive spirit. 5. Impeccable people skills are required for daily interaction with clients, potential customers, potential employees and in business-to-business interactions. 6. Good oral and written communication skills, a pleasant demeanor, sociable personality and genuine amiability with people. 7. Good organizational/leadership/listening/time management skills. 8. Must possess a deep understanding of the way customers behave and think when it comes to shopping and having interest in services. 9. Must be driven, results and detail oriented.
Current Student is welcome and if credit is available from your school for participation in an internship we are glad to work with you to meet any requirements for receiving credit. Part time/full time basis is ok as long as responsibilities are fulfilled during internship.
NOTES: Partial Telecommuting is ok.
Telecommuting is allowed.
Additional Salary Information: This is an unpaid internship with an opportunity for a job offer, based on performance within 3 months at the minimum.
