DLC Management Corporation, one of the nation's preeminent private retail real estate companies, is seeking a Project Administrator to join our Corporate office located in Tarrytown, New York. Reporting directly into the SVP of Construction, this role represents the financial and legal arm of Project Administration for the Construction Department. The Project Administrator will be required to carry out responsibilities in accordance with established practices and as outlined below.
-Support SVP of Construction -Support project team which includes Project Managers, Directors, Sr Directors & VPs -Handle vendor pre qualifications for architects, GCs, and Consultants/Engineers in order to determine if Vendors meet DLC requirements -Handle all necessary steps for bids/RFPs (requests for pricing) -Track and enter budgets into CRM and MRI -Prepare contracts for architects, GCs, Consultants/Engineers in collaboration with Project Management -Audit all change order requests in accordance with the contracts -Collect, file, track and maintain certificates of insurance for all active projects -Obtain and process all invoices through MRI - Handle lender draws- track projects that require lender draws and collaborate with Accounting and Asset Management to ensure all are coordinated. -Track all Construction Management projects -Prepare and distribute all weekly quarterly and annual financial reports -Manage job cost in MRI -Maintain and manage approved/active vendor list -Track, manage and project department CM fees
