Here is the role our Social Media Manager will be responsible for:
The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring all Tri Counties Bank social media objectives, strategies and tactics. This position will oversee day-to-day engagement with our prospects and customers through a full breadth of social media channels fostering brand engagement, building community relationships and encouraging conversion to sales.
The Social Media Manager will have authority to direct, create, monitor and respond to content that supports the Tri Counties Bank brand story in a relevant, shared interests manner that truly engages social network communities for the benefit of the communities in concert with Tri Counties Bank mission, values, Service With Solutions brand position and business unit objectives.
The incumbent will provide real-time insights and analysis of social media content and advertising performance, online consumer commentary, opportunities for consumer engagement on key topics and cultural moments, escalation of potential reputation threats and other customer service-related issues. Education, Experience, And Other Skills Required:
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
•3 or more years’ experience in social media management required
•Ability to think creatively and provide creative direction to others while managing against defined objectives and strategies.
•Ability to adapt to changing priorities and balance competing priorities.
•Demonstrable experience publishing and managing content on all major social media channels.
•Must possess excellent writing skills and the ability to produce focused goal oriented editorial and technical writing output without delays. Excellent self-proofing skills needed.
•Work experience or training in advertising, public relations, on-line marketing or a similar field preferred.
•Knowledge of search engine and digital marketing tools optimization.
•Competence with all Microsoft Office tools.
•Ability to work effectively with others and influence constituents across functions both directly and indirectly.
